  • Do not manage user accounts on partner platforms; and
  • Do not guarantee any outcome — including but not limited to replies, matches, relationships, authenticity of other users, or happiness.

4. Affiliate Relationship

Some links on this website are affiliate links. When you register on a partner platform through our referral link, we may receive a commission from the partner platform. This is at no additional cost to you and is fully disclosed in our Affiliate Disclosure.

5. Third-Party Platforms

Partner platforms are independent third parties. Your use of any partner platform is governed by that platform's own terms and conditions, privacy policy, and support procedures. E-Dates Me is not a party to any transaction, contract, or dispute between you and a partner platform.

6. Fees and Payments

Using E-Dates Me to receive a recommendation is free. Partner platform services may be paid. All payment processing occurs on the partner platform's website, not through E-Dates Me. E-Dates Me does not collect, process, or store payment card information.

Promotional credits, where offered by a partner platform, are governed by that platform's terms. E-Dates Me makes no guarantee regarding credit availability or eligibility.

Refunds, billing disputes, and account issues are subject exclusively to the relevant partner platform's terms and support process. E-Dates Me cannot process or facilitate refunds on behalf of partner platforms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use this service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

  • Use the service if you are under 18 years of age or the applicable age of majority;
  • Engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or deception;
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or exploit others;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;
  • Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to interact with this website without permission; or
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to this service at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we determine that termination is in the interests of the service or its users.
