User Data Deletion Instructions

If you have interacted with E-Dates Me — via this website, support email, or Facebook Messenger — and wish to request deletion of information we hold, please follow the steps below.

What Information We May Hold

E-Dates Me may hold:

  • Conversation records and messages from Messenger or email contact;
  • Your display name or Messenger identifier (as provided by Meta); and
  • Preference information you shared to receive a platform recommendation.

E-Dates Me does not collect or store passwords, card numbers, identity documents, or intimate images.

How to Submit a Deletion Request

You may request deletion by either of the following methods:

  1. By email: Send an email to support@edatesme.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  2. Via Facebook Messenger: Send the message "DELETE MY DATA" to our official Facebook Page at https://www.facebook.com/edatesme.

What to Include in Your Request

  • Your name or Messenger display name, as you used when contacting us;
  • A brief description of when and how you contacted us; and
  • Confirmation that you are the person requesting deletion.

Do not include your password, financial information, or sensitive personal data in your deletion request.

Verification

We may ask you for reasonable verification details to confirm your identity before processing a deletion request. This is to protect you from unauthorised deletion requests.

What Happens After Your Request

Once your request is verified, E-Dates Me will delete or anonymise the information we hold that is directly associated with your contact. You will receive confirmation by the same channel used to submit the request.

Data on Partner Platforms

Account data, purchase history, messages, and profile information held by partner platforms must be deleted through the official support or privacy process of the relevant partner platform. E-Dates Me does not have access to data stored on partner platforms and cannot act on your behalf with them.
